Architectural Design Statement for Perth-based architecture firm

I recently wrote an architectural design statement for a Perth-based architecture firm, as part of its tender submission.

I was referred to them by another comms / content marketer, so had not worked with the company before.

The deadline was tight, so we got cracking – quickly.

The brief: Architectural Design Statement

So, what is an architectural design statement?

As its name suggests, an architectural design statement outlines the essential elements for planning and building an architectural structure / project / design.

Its purpose is to guide stakeholders / project proponents, by providing the architectural vision of the structure / project / design, the ideal outcome, and key roles in delivering it. In doing so, it provides a unified goal for stakeholders / project proponents to work towards.

The work

The client provided me with an example of the type of writing required, and some bullet points outlining the project, its design elements and goals.

The outcome

I provided the copy within the day! And, importantly, the client made their super tight deadline.

Testimonial
