Award submission for Tasmanian drone company

Client: Taz Drone Solutions

The brief:

This project started via a referral from an industry colleague who knew I specialised in the STEM (science / technology / engineering / maths) space.

So, a quick call and follow-up email later, she connected me to Andrew Davies, managing director / founder, Taz Drone Solutions, and we went from there.

The project

Andrew was entering the Pearcey Foundation Awards for Entrepreneur of the Year for his state, Tasmania. After a quick conversation and some emails to clarify a few details, I conducted an in-depth interview with Andrew (chat, chat, chat!), then got writing! I also had a quick chat with his mentor to get a good feel for Andrew as a person / business owner / entrepreneur.

We had a short timeframe, but with a bit of back-and-forth tweaking, we got there – ensuring we addressed the criteria.

Outcome

We made the deadline. Andrew was happy with the final submission. Oh, and fabulous bonus, he won! Even the Premier of Tassie congratulated him.

Testimonial

“Thanks for your great work. I wouldn’t have been able to get everything together on time without your help. Jeanette is very professional and easy to work with. She provided high-quality work on short notice.”
